A place to celebrate, a place to connect

Originally constructed in 1930, the historic property at 201 West 4th Street in North Little Rock will be reimagined as a multi-use community hub, including:

  • A high-end restaurant and bar
  • A versatile co-working or office space
  • A charming multipurpose event space
  • Four townhomes built in a gracious Neo-Southern style

A vision for the future

Positioned amidst the burgeoning activity of the Argenta Historic District, with developments emerging both to the west and east off Main Street, The Sanctuary at Argenta stands poised for growth. The recent restoration of the E.O. Manees House by the property's owners and collaborators serves as a seamless complement to this endeavor. Convenient access is further facilitated by nearby parking options at the River Building along Broadway and Argenta Office Works along Maple.

Upon completion, this project, in conjunction with the E.O. Manees House, Argenta Office Works, and the River View Building, will span across 1½ blocks bordered by North Orange Street to the west, Maple Street to the east, and East Broadway Street to the south. This collective enclave promises to generate a unique synergy and gravitational pull, unmatched by any other destination in the Argenta area.
